Chesterfield Dock

We will pick you up at Chesterfield dock. After a short safety and security briefing, we will cast off along the beautiful, southern shoreline of Sint Maarten. Get comfortable on board, and find your own private spot. Pick the sundeck lounge and witness breathtaking sights, or enjoy the indoor/outdoor salon where amazing 360 degree views surround you. The forward trampoline area is also available, and is ideal for lounging and soaking up the sun.

Check-in for the Luxury Day Sail is between 9:30 and 9:45AM at Bobby’s Marina in Philipsburg.

Our meeting point is the wooden gazebo in front of Aziana Restaurant.

From the Cruise Ship Terminal

It’s an easy 10–15 minute walk.
Exit the cruise ship terminal and turn left onto the main street.
Walk along the sidewalk for about 10 minutes.
You’ll pass Dock Maarten Marina on your left.
Continue until you see a colorful sign pointing toward tours and excursions at the entrance to Bobby’s Marina’s parking lot.
Turn left in front of this sign and walk through the parking lot.
After passing the Great Bay Express ferry office, turn left again.
You’ll see Aziana Restaurant on your left and the wooden gazebo directly in front of you.

After a short safety briefing, we’ll set sail along the stunning southern coastline of St. Maarten. Settle into your favorite spot on our luxury 62ft catamaran and enjoy the ride. Relax on the spacious sundeck lounge and take in breathtaking Caribbean views, or unwind in the indoor/outdoor salon with its 360-degree panorama. Watch Planes

Our first stop will be at Maho Beach, located across the Princess Juliana International Airport runway, where we will watch planes take off and land. A unique and thrilling sight, the planes seem to appear out of thin air as they approach the runway, and you can almost “touch” them as they prepare to land. An absolutely astonishing view to enjoy while having a cold beverage or socializing at the inside bar. Have yourself a drink (cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages), and allow our hostesses to spoil you.

Snorkeling a Sunken Helicopter at Little Bay

Our first stop is the beautiful Little Bay, one of St. Maarten’s top snorkeling spots. Dive into calm, crystal-clear waters where you’ll discover vibrant coral reefs, schools of tropical fish, and even unique underwater treasures — including a sunken helicopter and submarine that create an unforgettable snorkeling experience. Snorkeling gear is provided, making it easy for both beginners and experienced swimmers to explore. If you’d rather relax onboard, sip a refreshing cocktail, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage from our open bar while taking in the stunning coastal views. Our attentive crew will be there to ensure you’re comfortable and cared for every step of the way.

Enjoy Snorkeling and other Watersports:

After watching the planes, we will cast off to our next stop, Mullet Bay. There, we will drop anchor and enjoy the gorgeous Caribbean Sea. Jump into the water for a swim, float along on a noodle, gear up for a snorkeling excursion, or take a ride on one of our kayaks or stand up paddle boards. Enjoy drinks (cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages) and food on the large aft deck or flybridge, or just relax and enjoy the view on our sundeck lounge. The forward trampoline area is also open to guests, and is ideal for lounging and soaking up the sun. Aboard The Phoenix, your options are endless. Once we finish up our amazing time out on the water, we will cast off right on schedule to make sure you are back in time to catch your cruise ship

Plane Watching at Maho Beach

Experience the thrill of watching planes land and take off at Maho Beach, one of St. Maarten’s most famous attractions. From the comfort of our luxury catamaran, you’ll have a front-row seat to this incredible sight as aircraft fly low over the turquoise sea on their approach to Princess Juliana International Airport. Depending on timing, we stop here either before or after lunch, so you don’t miss the action.
